Welcome to LB Acting Studio. By accessing our website, purchasing classes, workshops, coaching sessions, or other services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration and Purchases
All registrations, class purchases, workshop enrolments, memberships, and related transactions completed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by LB Acting Studio.
There are NO refunds of the $113 deposit and we cannot transfer this payment to a future class. Full payment is due no later than (1) day before the round begins as indicated by your welcome package.
Outstanding balances after this date will be subject to a 2% monthly late fee (applied two weeks after the initial payment due date) until paid in full.
LB Acting Studio reserves the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, modify schedules, substitute instructors, or discontinue offerings at its discretion.
2. Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during classes, workshops, events, and coaching sessions.
LB Acting Studio reserves the right to remove participants whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the learning environment.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund, transfer, and cancellation policies may vary by program, class, workshop, or event. Specific policies will be communicated at the time of registration where applicable.
Missed classes are generally not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, handouts, written content, videos, exercises, and educational resources provided by LB Acting Studio remain the property of LB Acting Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
5. Communications and Marketing Consent
By creating an account, registering for a class, joining a waitlist, downloading resources, completing a contact form, or making a purchase through our website, you consent to receive communications from LB Acting Studio related to:
* Class registrations and account activity
* Scheduling updates and important announcements
* Program information and educational content
* Studio news and opportunities
* Marketing, promotional offers, events, workshops, and future class offerings
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in email communications or by contacting us directly.
Operational communications related to your registrations, purchases, or account may continue as necessary.
