To book a private coaching session (Virtual or In-Studio), please fill out the following form and we will be in touch with options as soon as possible.
***Submissions will be attended to asap during office hours: Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm EST.
NEW/IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment for all coaching sessions during the office hours of 10am – 4:45pm EST will now be taken In-Studio. Upon completion of your coaching you will be required to pay at the front desk. No exceptions will be made.
WEEKEND AFTER-HOURS BOOKINGS
If you have booked a weekend or an after-hours service (anytime from 4:45pm EST onwards), you will be invoiced for your session and tapes and the invoice will NOT be sent out until the following business day by 11am EST (Monday at 11am for weekend bookings).
Overdue payments will now be subject to a monthly late fee until paid in full.
If special accommodation needs to be made please notify the office for approval. *Special accommodation is not guaranteed.
Alternatively, you can bring in an SD card and take the files to edit and send yourself.
Please Note:
Clients booking for the purpose of audition prep and self-taping should be off script (fully memorized) going into the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled time in order to ensure a full session. A cancellation fee of $50 + HST will apply if cancelled on the same day of scheduled appointment.
